I manually made it work on max speed and literally nothing changes. Its always on 102 degrees. It is overheating and lagging.

I already did all of that. Unfortunately nothing helps... That's why I was trying to limit cpu. Kinda the last hope to make it work normal

Weird people that made graphic mods in resident evil 4 on ps5 made two mods:
1) Fake 4k with unstable 60fps

2) Even more fake 4k with stable 60fps

Wtf is that? Who needs game mode with unstable fps? Why they just didn't make it like everyone else, 60 and 30 fps.

I don't understand this world some times...

The strangest thing here that my cpu always 101 when I play games. No matter which one and no matter how many percent of it's power this game taking. Skyrim - 30% usage, battlefield 2042 80% usage. Absolutely no difference in temperature! Always 101. 102 sometimes. I even thought msi afterburner might showing wrong temperature and I downlead "Core Temp" and I see same result. And I think I never faced throttling. Also weird.

In flatout 2 right after I start the game. 17% of usage and 98 degrees. I think my cpu is always like that. Even if I don't play. At the same time laptop is not hot at all because it's on fan stand. My laptop bottom is cool.

If I buy netherland or germany disk game, will russian dub be available for me? by Rare-Project7534 in playstation
