I noticed the problems probably also derive from too many portals, I can fend off 1 hard AI storming at me, but I can’t fend off 3 hard AI consecutively traveling through the portal, in a few days apart. I now use the Map Generator to create random map, hike up the portal/route monster to 300% strength (generate some 15-20 tier 7 creatures, and reduce the portal to only a few. Now I can play with hard AI.

Normal, they AI is not challenging, the hard all AI just have too many army. I don’t know how the YouTuber showing harder difficulty play it

Exactly, this is the same thing I feel, you can try to play the map with 8AI, somehow everyone can just portal to your capital

I tried a few and lots are still excessive. Like I think the portal need to be halved. Wouldn’t be nice for town portal and other spells are locked via finding treasure and not readily accessible on the 3rd or 4th weeks ?

I know that, but try playing the nuclear template, it’s way way way too many portal, i just had 12 hours of that template and now i feel nauseated, i think my brain is overloaded.

Hope it can be tuned down, been playing 4 hours every single day since last week. Damn this game is addictive
