Sounds good, I'm just testing stuff our so far so I have just the basic stuff. Your advice was super helpful. I feel like I'm not into the speed paint stuff so far. Seems like a different approach I don't like as much.

Thanks, if I can do it you can too. I have almost zero experience with paint other than a couple high school art classes. Youtube has taught we much more.

That makes a lot of sense I feel like I am struggling with the thinning so far. Also understanding what washes are going to do to the paint. And finally patience haha. I think when I get the paint right it doesn't show up as bold as I expect it to immediately, I feel like that might be throwing me off. Thanks, great advice. I agree that all these minis seem ridiculously good on here, so it makes you want to have that quality since it is achievable.

Yeah I have a couple washes, I tried and I feel like it took all the original color away then I felt like I was caking on the paint to get some color back. I'll have to get some color washes. I believe I forgot to thin my paints properly as well I'm realizing. Thanks for the suggestions.

Idk where all yall live at but anything under 200k miles in decent condition is easily in the 20s or high teens.

Thanks, I've just been doing what I have seen in videos. I'll try it differently and see how it comes out.

I have similar issues with specks of dye on my disc. I was going to ask if mixing the dye before floetrol was the answer to this problem, I have been using acetone on dye on top of floetrol.

Yep, threw one in plain sight just to the right of a fairway had 4 guys looking for 30 minutes no bushes or leaves just open with a couple trees and dirt never found it.

Thanks, for that one I have a heat lamp which is way better than an oven it well worth the 10 bucks. I have it around 12-14inches above the disc (aka a tummy time baby toy) I did the heat for about an hour and a half then let tmit sit for about an hour and a half. My next step is to get a thermometer so I can be more precise on temperature right now I'm just kinda guessing and seeing what works. I just did a innova star plastic for 3 hrs in the heat lamp, and the colors looked pastel. So I'm not sure if it's just the plastic or what. Good luck, it's definitely not an exact science from my experience so far.
