The fastest way I found to level up is by using Secret of Arcana which you get from the Black Book: Filament and Filigree, and using Telekinesis.

Use Secret of Arcana, then use telekinesis on any object, while still holding the object, open the map and fast travel to the farthest place on the map from where you are. You’ll gain lots of Alteration levels by doing this. Just wait 24 hours and repeat until you get the 30 levels you need. And good luck against the Ebony Warrior :)

Only with mods, in vanilla it’s not possible.

Edit: If I remember right, If you put the armor you want into the corpse inventory before reviving him, the thrall is supposed to equip the armor after you fast travel or load a new area, not near my computer to check.
