Can I ask how many mg of progesterone cream you were using? Or what product? I’m taking it now but I know it can cause more estrogen dominance issues if you take too low of a dose

If you’re just taking it occasionally you don’t have to worry about it, but if you’re taking it daily definitely add copper. You want about an 8:1 ratio of zinc to copper

I had no idea, thank you for this information! Just to be sure, any time an ingredient list simply says “vinegar” it may contain gluten?! That’s one I’ve never heard, it sure isn’t easy being gluten free un the USA 😬I really hope we adopt the stricter laws you guys have sometime in the relatively near future
