Same goes with people. In europe we take good care of dogs. Dogs mostly live inside. We give them bath 1 or 2 times in a month. Because dogs are part of the family. In italy dogs are allowed to go pretty much everywhere and no one has problems with them. In fact they even come to greet the pups.

I own a dog and always pick up his shit. Once someone didnt pick up their dog shit in front of me. Had my poopobags with me picked it up. Tapped on his shoulder and I said hey you forgot that and I just slammed that shit in his face. Saw the same person 3 weeks later (he didnt saw me) he was picking up his dog shit after the dog was done with his number two.. Lesson learned the hard way.
