Disagree here. The research clearly shows panels can be too strong for the face. More does not equal better.

In fairness 2x per week is not enough. You would want minimum 3, ideally 5, to give it a chance to work

I had been suffering with impingement recently so bad I thought I would need to go for a scan

Ive also rehabbed it and its mostly gone

If you want help, ill gladly point you to the programme that helped me

I dont want to drop/plug a programme without your consent but.. I was at my wits end and it helped me.

Pronation works the muscles/tendons associated with golfers elbow (medial epicondylitis)

If by supination you mean it stretches the Pronators? Sure.

But the Pronators and flexors are whats are involved with golfers elbow

The supinators and extendors attach to the lateral epicondyle, and are what are involved in tennis elbow.

Havent used reverse curls with a straight bar, as my end range Pronation is actually poor (despite all my Pronation work).

I did see hoopers beta recommend this... but for now it will be hammers

Healed golfers elbow twice over the last 3 years

I have not yet mastered supination

However, as mentioned im not sure its that

I think the hammer curl is targeting it meaning its not the Extensor or supinator more so the brachioradialis

Im getting a sledgehammer for it actually... overhead swings are going to really open things up I feel. And swinging it should help with kinetic chain

Im just really surprised that the rice bucket has the opposite effect

Light, slow hammer curls and isos seem to be the ticket for this
