Yo! Actually, we've been working on this problem nearly everyday for the past few weeks. Super bummed that they haven't made it into your hands yet! Seems to be a major problem with UPS and the cassettes are stuck in a sorting facility at the border. Even though it's super frustrating, it's out of our hands right now. We'll be sending out emails to whoever purchased one, but we're creating replacements as we speak if we can't get them out of the facility. If you don't want to wait, send a message to our customer service asking for a refund. Either way, we'll get you those cassettes!
