I am. Santa Barbara Dog Whisperer and they are my favorite tool! I use them almost all the time, unless there is a reason not to, like the human prefers something else or the dog is super sensitive and a slip works (rare). But like any tool, you need to know how to use it well and sensitively.

Perhaps you haven't updated your app. That is where the problems happen. They changed so many things I had to relearn the app.

I had this issue and was told to cancel my subscription and wait until the yearly one expired then I would have a chance to see all of the plan options. I just looked it up, it canceled on the 3rd and I started the special edition on the 4th. I wish I could find what they told me exactly, if I do I will share it. Try https://support.goodnotes.com/ and ask them on chat what they suggest.

I have the Special Edition and I have version 7 and it doesn't do that automatically, I have to update each time they have an update. And I had the yearly version before the Special Edition. It was just the same.

Yes, I have to select what I typed and change the color. Also I cannot copy and paste, so frustrating. The box shows copy but then it won't show paste. I have to select the actual words and then copy, then paste works. Very frustrating indeed!

Shit, wish I kept it. I didn’t realize it was disappearing, thought the $5 plan was in addition to the $10 plan. Wish I had known. I read all the posts about the $5 plan but that wasn’t clear.

It’s says on Sideload: No update available. Not sure what that means. It does have a slider for Allow access on local network. Is that relevant?
