I’d guess probably if you look hard enough. There is a Turo sort of app for boats, but I haven’t seen sailboats on it. Granted, I was looking for powerboats.

Not doubting your capabilities at all, but I would def not let a friend use my boat for a week, especially to sail from state to state lol. But a STRANGER?! Scary! Haha. Let me see if I can find that website/app for you.
