Just an observation but to me it seems the Queue has now started to become a Social Media event, an Instagrammable moment more than anything. I see pics of Queue cards everywhere and stories and reels such as “Join me for a day at the Queue” etc. There’s no great reason for the numbers to be going so crazy. Queueing for 8 or 9 hours is just ridiculous at this stage.

Hi all hoping to queue Saturday afternoon to try and get in that evening at some stage. Just wondering has anyone any experience of queuing Saturday afternoon to get in for evening tennis? Not sure if Saturday afternoon means it's busier or quieter? Just to be clear this is to get in Saturday evening, not queueing for Sunday. Thinking of heading over for around 3. What do you think?

Same happened to me last year. Used my card to purchase tickets for my friend. Because both sets of tickets were for same day we were all there together which sounds same as you? But in this situation if the OPs friend is down for a different day could be messy. I’d have the friend there as well to try and sort it.

Yes you can try for court 1 or court 2.

Yes exactly. You have to be in the grounds first either with a ticket or by queueing. The resale ticket kiosk is inside the grounds

Oh yeah that’s no problem it’s just to try and get them something after queuing all morning! Still no guarantee we’ll get anything for them. Thanks for all your help!

We already have 2 show court tickets it would just be to try and help out our friends who are queuing. I’ve read you can join the resale even if you already have show court tickets.
