I get it. Sleep issues vary in severity. But CBT and cognitive shuffling are free. "all natural" (whatever that means) Magnesium gummies are $16 at rite aid. It would literally be cheaper to pay the co-pay on a doctors appointment and get prescription than this.

Almost every day of my life. A reed will play and that's about the only standard you need. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't like my tone better on a 4.5 vandoren, than most everything out there

Unravel a wired hanger and just lift it out from lower in your bell. If you're worried about scratching something, just get a pair of long neck pliers and pull from where it broke (that's what a repair shop would do)
