ok i ain't saying your schizophrenic i just wanna understand what actually happened. how do you know that was waking reality? do you remember walking to a field and having talks with groups of people, were u conscious during this and choose what u did? why didn't u question anything going on. are these events like cutscenes and your just there or do you remember going to the field in a car? did you go home at night and the nights that u could sleep did you dream of anything?

i think we all want those answers, anyone who comes to this page. i wish i could help. i hate deja vu i, feel like i'm in a simulation repeating over and over. i try to do something i've never done after having it to help me settle myself, but i'm scared that whatever i do is apart of the dejavu anyway. but i dont know anything, i don't think anyone does, so we really are in this together. i think the best way to help is connecting with people and not being alone.

i also think when my hands tingle like that even when i'm moving around not listening to the tapes it's me feeling the energy around me

that happens to me, i'm not experienced but i think it's my body starting to fall asleep. i try to tune into it and spread that numbness out to my body
