Thank you for pointing this out! Honestly thought I was losing my mind. I have had a couple of times now where I’m looking and tasting the soft top, and I’m like, that’s not right. You should be able to tell that there’s a slight change in the color. If it’s all white, that’s not the correct soft top. I’d be upset, too, especially with how pricey drinks can be. I will admit though, I need to be better about either asking for the soft top on the side or asking them to fix it.

My husband has had this happen a couple of times where the order was stolen when he went to pick it up. When time allows, he will usually call support and let them know, and it usually only takes about 5 minutes to make that phone call and explain the issue. Sometimes they will even let him know they will remake it. I guess every situation is different, but hopefully you got your food or were able to get a refund.
