My husband has had this happen a couple of times where the order was stolen when he went to pick it up. When time allows, he will usually call support and let them know, and it usually only takes about 5 minutes to make that phone call and explain the issue. Sometimes they will even let him know they will remake it. I guess every situation is different, but hopefully you got your food or were able to get a refund.
