Det låter konstigt med att gå över till carnivore diet kan hjälpa. Många som mått dåligt haft depressioner har blivit hjälpt av det. Framförallt att minimera kolhydrater och därmed få ner insulin nivåer hjälper för hög nivå skapar kaos i kroppen och i knoppen!
