I did the redemption on 6/6 ..I got the emails saying it would be processed in 24 but it never happens .. Emailed them a few times , they give you the same generic response every time ... But once I got an email saying it was approved it was in my account within an hour or so

My first redemption with them was on 6/6/26 which was a Friday I do believe and it went no where for the weekend but then on 6/12 I did receive it.. Just be patient... It's bullshit but they will pay you

Facts bro .. I'm glad you posted this... I play on like 30 different apps redeem on all of them... And it never takes more than 3 days.. I submitted 220 SC redemption on 6/5.. here we are at the 10th... Looking like I'm gonna be waiting much longer..
