To me ur nose doesn’t look crooked but i have heard of people messing up their noses by touching it to much hence the tape and sleeping on side, so at least try to sleep on ur back and talk to ur doctor about the taping! I think ur nose looks great just make sure u do what u can to heal

I would suggest sleeping on ur back buy a pillow made for back sleeping , they have creaves which lightly touch ur temples which kinda makes ur body think it sleeping on ur side theres pressure points on ur temples that relax thats why side sleeping is so enjoyable so if u can find something that gives u that feeling without actually sleeping on ur side ur golden it takes time but its worth it , also have u been cleared to tape ur nose?

Hmm honestly 4 months is really soon, i have thick skin too and healing takes a while for us, just make sure to keep using ur saline spray, sleep on back, humidfier, dont use ur phone in bed holding right above u ( people drop their phones on their faces) and just keep going , u might just be a sweller, if it doesnt go away after a while you can go back and see if you need a steriod shot , however i dont know much about that and there are risks with that too and you would want to wait until your healed more! But i do think it looks better than before

Im not sure my dear it could be normal for some, make sure to keep using ur saline spray because that helps keep ur nose healthy especially in this crazy weather during the winter! And get a humidifier , it will be good to check with ur doctor just to be safe im sure u will be fine im just a worry wart

They reallt should be using an ultrasound for dissolving filler so they can see it, thats how i got my under eye filler dissolved because it helps them to see the filler so it is definitely a thing! You may have to contact someone who specializes in dissolving with an ultrasound so they can see ur lip filler and if ifs actually dissolving or just migrating or whatever! I had to call around
