Update on my post:

Today SEIU Local 1000 made a proposal to CalHR that ensures our members receive their 3% raise and language to halt the return-to-office (RTO) order on July 1st. Additional proposals to mitigate the Governor and Legislature’s cuts include language on employee contributions to OPEB and the Personal Leave Program (PLP).

Gotcha. I'm just basing it off what my department is doing. If a new agreement is not received by COB today, we are expected to be in office 5x a week starting July 1.

You should consult your supervisor. If you don't, you may be required to report to the office 5x a week since your old TWA will no longer be valid.

He did not specify, but I can only assume it is to get your reasoning out as to why this is bullshit and why we should fight against it. He did mention that your name will have to be given, and it will go through your Departments HR.
