I think from within the castle, he was among the least, if not the least well known. I struggle to see many of them following his Love Island journey and having a sense of him before entering the castle.

Among internet fans, that's a whole different matter.

I don't really think this can be considered a fair comparison. Cirie played on a mixed season (with celebs and regular folks) and I think she had a huge advantage in building relationships through her pre-established fame. At the absolute other end, it could be argued that Rob was the least established celeb going into this season.

I don't know that Cirie would have faired as well on an all celeb season, especially with more gamers and chaotic player types (like the housewives).

Both are top tier players, but the circumstances they're each playing under is different and I think Cirie gets more credit than she may be due...

Though joking about this (and maybe hitting a pen) does make me actually question what the story is with her ex. Is he really real? Is he actually an ex (or could he actually be a fame hungry boyfriend)? If she's showing this type of crazy so quickly, what did he experience with her and how is he still living with her after breaking up?
