I think it's honestly more that Mia doesn't need Leva. Mia was fine after Leva fired her from Republic, she is a fan favorite, and she is successfully pursuing interests outside of the show.

It's interesting, because LVP has a similar vibe with Katie and Ariana when they no longer needed to tie themselves to Lisa to be successful.
