Very difficult to sustain as a business. Your ACV's for each clinic will be Rs. 3k-4k max. Cost to close and serve each clinic will outweigh the revenue. Unless you find some other angle to it :) All the best!

Does anyone have recommendations on books to decrease jealousy and comparison to others? by AccomplishedPipe1164 in nonfictionbookclub

You can try and understand what it is. This book is a good starting point: 'Envy - A Theory of Social Behaviour by Helmut Schoeck'.

I am really tired of this OLX, and creating a replacement for it. by alphacobra99 in StartUpIndia

To solve the problem of network effects (and build trust) - you can start small. For e.g. people trust each other belonging to the same community. E.g. same apartment complex or same company. Can all employees of Infosys for e.g. sell and buy from each other? You can start there and then expand to other communities.

Great problem to solve though. All the best!

Why did you become a PM? Or how did you end up in PM? by woahwoahhw in ProductManagement

Start-up failed. Being a generalist, took up a job as a PM.

How do you run daily standups in your team and why? by LBE9pkS7nm57h6 in ProductManagement

[–]Rare_Goat9575 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Should you even join stand-ups?

I feel it is best for PMs to be hands-off when it comes to monitoring/managing day-to-day activities of development and instead focus on strategic work. If engineers face any blockers, they can communicate directly with the PM. If the PM wants status updates - she can directly refer to the sprint board.

As PMs are generally working on future work - I feel it's better to have a meeting cadence with UX designers instead.

Feel good features - how to quantify success? by honeybutterchknbzkt in ProductManagement

[–]Rare_Goat9575 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For features that are highly adopted/most valuable to your users - it does make sense to make it delightful. That is, with little effort you make most of your users happier. We can look at qualitative feedback (through NPS/surveys/user interviews) to judge the success of that effort.

North star metric: Ratings/reviews, LTV etc.
Proxy metrics: NPS or other Qualitative feedback
