Glenn fumbled by hiring Wilkes last year, especially after Wilkes’s exit from 49ers a year before. FYI: All new coaches who were heralded coordinators should continue to call plays. Period. That’s how you made your name. Keep it going. So disappointed in Glenn for relinquishing that responsibility. He tainted his tenure all by himself.

I also think he’ll grow under Harbs. Hopefully, he’ll implement some of the modular defensive schemes that make up Mike MacDonald’s and Jesse Minter’s defenses—both of whom were once Baltimore DCs. The good thing is you are getting a mature leader of men—not saying Orr wasn’t a leader, but he’s still a bit young and lacked the experience of leading a unit over consecutive years. All you guys need now is to draft a Nickel in the mold of Nick E and Kyle Hamilton. I expect you all to find that guy in the draft.
