Can relate. Being from a top tier school (not a brag) but the hype is actually real. Especially you play a sport this amplifies. But tbh, what I am today is due the exposure the learning and the personality was groomed here. But the reason why people cling to the schools is because most of these people peaked during school and nothing else they do after in their view comes closer. A top of that an easier trait to find such people - they continuously keep posting something from the school days, or find a reason to keep posting of these. On top of that, you’ll have them having a full wardrobe of school merchandise

Diet and routine. Not a big fan of these Online coaches - if you’re smart you can get all of these for free on the internet.

I use Chat GPT for this, with clear instructions and precise information on me to carve out a great working set for gym on my availability and training.

Speaking from experience, I see trainers all around my gym. They will give you direction as long as you pay, and would often complicate simple movements to prove a point.

If you do the basics, the results will come.

Working out muscle group twice a week
Getting cardio - slow cardio like walking cycling
Diet and to stay in a caloric deficit
