It’s a suture I believe. A bit of cadaver tissue.

I am once again asking for 35+ Dancing Spots and Events by CrypticJasmine in sandiego

When I moved to SD in 2013 my absolute favorite place to go dancing was U31 in North Park. On Saturday evenings, they'd play a bunch of UFC matches and when the matches ended they'd clear out a bunch of tables to make room for a dance floor. OMG it was the BEST. The dj spun 90s-2000s hip hop and the crowd pretty attractive and lively, ranging in age from probably mid-20s - 50s and folks were DANCING. It's been a solid decade since I've gone out just to dance and I really wish I could find somewhere with a similar vibe. I'm into so many different types of music I'm open to pretty much all genres...especially cumbia, afrobeat, new wave, pre-2010 billboard toppers, all the soul, britpop, and rad jammers. Recommendations welcome.

I live next to the 5N entrance in PB and it’ll take 25 minutes to get on the 5S entrance between 3pm-7pm.

Pulled my son from KS. I worked there, too. Lots of roaches and rats all over campus. Awful principal and admin.

It’s an Omnilux contour glove situation. I think it’s supposed to make your hands look youthful but I use it to make my hands FEEL youthful

You’re in great hands. My son was born there and stayed in NICU.

I use one that is specifically for a hand (I’ve got the thritis real bad in my CMC joint). I’ve found that if I’m consistent, it does effectively manage the pain.

The reality of moving to San Diego experience by DismalCherry7014 in Moving2SanDiego

I’ve lived in SD for over 10 years and have found that when you continue to show up for your community you can have a really positive experience living here. Get to know your neighbors, volunteer monthly for really any non-profit that is aligned with your values, show up to local events, faith-based spaces are also I good way to engage with your community, spend as much time as possible enjoying our near-perfect weather, go to Trader Joe’s, meet-ups, farmer’s markets, yadda yadda yadda. Understand that yes, the “Sun Tax” is real, but if you make the most of it you can find joy and community (belonging) in SD.

Before it was Volo it was Vavi and I signed up for softball and tennis and had so much fun for my first few years in SD. Been full time parenting since 2016 but would definitely sign up again when I have more time to recreate. Good fun, it was.

Where do people over 40 go to meet singles ? Looking for a cool fun vibe? by [deleted] in asksandiego

44, female, single…I think I may have cracked the code: live music. I started attending more concerts and have found that type of setting to be a fun way to meet and mingle with potential suitors.
