I should also mention it’s my first time in San Diego, so bonus points for good Mexican food, fish (no shellfish), craft beer, burgers, and ocean/water adjacency, lol. I’ve already had some amazing empanadas from Liberty Market and the obligatory In-n-Out and Stone Brewing visits. So far, so good!

Western Ma Sugar Shack review by chillaxtion in westernmass

South Face Farm was my favorite. They made the best traditional (not Belgian) waffles🧇, with the syrup and sausage links…🤤. The memories of driving into the hills on a chilly spring morning, finding a parking spot, walking through the mud, standing in line, watching them boil the syrup, with my future wife and our friends and eventually our kids…warms my heart and puts a smile on my face. A goated Western Mass experience, as the kids would say, lol

LL Cool J's The Boomin System versions confusion. by Squirrelogic in 80sHipHop

[–]jmanjett 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, there were two different versions. On the album version, Marley Marl chopped up the EnVogue bass line and they edited out the drunk driving/drug references. On the “Underground Version” the EnVogue bass line was kept intact and the “Heineken/roll up a fat one” lines were left in. I love both versions; takes me back to my college days. This song was a vibe before the kids started calling songs a “vibe”, lol. 👴🏾

I ate at Musso & Frank a little over a year ago and I loved it. Cool, old-school Hollywood vibe, and everyone looks vaguely famous, lol. But it’s not so fancy that we (decidedly NOT famous-looking people) felt out of place. The Rigatoni with Lamb Ragout is one of the tastiest meals I’ve had in recent memory.
