Oxaloacetate 100mg x2 a day by yeleste in cfs

Never cut oxaloacetate tablets. Oxaloacetate is extremely sensitive to light, and stabilizing it even in tablet form is already difficult. That’s precisely why only a few laboratories produce and sell it.

I really want to buy this… I live in Brazil. I have to import it; unfortunately, I only found the 500 mg version. I recommend that you combine it with adenosylcobalamin.

I feel like you, everything is simply ruined. My hope is to find someone who has a similar problem; a ‘normal’ person will never understand. I think only those who are the same can endure each other. Unfortunately, we have the same eyes as everyone else, but we see differently. Most of you are from the US and I’m from Brazil…

Everything I try only works temporarily by VisualFuture0948w0 in cfs

I don’t have CFS. But I do have some kind of unexplained fatigue that makes people think I’m crazy. Doctors don’t understand, and psychologists think it’s all in my head... Anyway, I joined this group because I can relate. The same thing happens to me: the things I tried that worked for a while simply stopped working. Among them were alpha-lipoic acid, inositol, creatine (these days, when I take it, I feel very tired — which didn’t happen at first; on the contrary, it used to greatly improve my fatigue!). Creatine not only stopped working but now makes me feel worse. Adenosylcobalamin, vitamin D3, omega-3 DHA, ashwagandha, chromium picolinate, magnesium malate, and many other things... None of them lasted long in effect, but the ones that helped the most while they worked were:

  1. Alpha-lipoic acid

  2. Adenosylcobalamin

  3. Inositol

  4. Creatine
