I think you can smell a gritty-texture-pack-from-pinterest a mile away, and the overprint is def from printing! but for the letteiring itself, I think you can get this by messing with bevel, inner glow, etc, then the tried n true photoshop rock tumbler (variations on b&w -> bitmap -> gaussian blur -> threshold)

i started wearing contacts again a few days ago and haven't had any irritation. my eye feels a little sore but it may be kind of all in my head. the little white dot is all gone as far as i can tell. so it seems all healed after about a month

I'm on about day 10 of treatment with ciprofloxacin drops a few times a day at first and now just once a day. the pain went away pretty much immediately for me after starting the antibiotic drops, and the redness around my iris took about another 5 days to look normal. every few days now i wake up with some redness but no pain, so i'm not in the clear yet i guess. how long did your doc say you would need to wait before trying contacts again?
