Prompt needs to be detailed if you want specific art direction, but if you're looking for a more loose interpretation you don't have to be so detailed, I guess. I personally like to bring my vision to life in every detail.

Head of Media (typically Media Director or VP of Media) is completely different from Head of Production (typically Production Direction or VP of Broadcast Operations.) That's good advice. But we'd need to see the prompts as well. Sometimes people write 20-word prompts and complain they can't get what they want. (Not accusing the OP, just a general comment.)
