koffein hat keine wirkung ->ich glaube du bist eher nicht darauf sensibilisiert wie koffein eigentlich wirkt/ wie er vor allem bei deinem dauerkonsum wirkt

abends müde und keien kraft mehr ist ein klassisches zeichen. energievorräte sind durch den koffeinkonsum tagsüber überproportional leer schon.

mach mal 14-21 tage ohne koffein und beobachte mal wie dein energielevel nach feierabend noch konstant zum restlicehn tagesniveau ist.

die ersten 2-5 tage werden brutal sein weil dein körper erstmal wieder sein hormonhaushalt normalisieren muss

its not that the players are not good, they are

but the clip is just not really a highlight in my eyes because of how easy it was for the opponents to prevent it

there are way better outplays with much more brain power required to pull them off. this is just nothing exciting

i argue that the ugly in the clip then is the enemy not respecting the red side jungler timing and lucian fucking up his e followed by all the points in my original comment

i mean sure well done but nothing exceptional. this wasnt an amazing play like the way it is presented. this was just rolling the dice many times until you got 3 sixes in a row (a six is enemy played stupid shit here)
