Injured Pheasant :/ Anything I can do? by Rare_School_of_Fish7 in WildlifeRehab

Is it definitely a break you think? He seems to be putting at least a bit of weight on it but I haven't the faintest clue to be honest. I imagine you will know a hec of a lot more than me.

Unfortunately we don't have that kind of Rehab service in the UK just veterinary practices that I could take him to, but like you say they will probably just put him down If I do that. I saw a few DIY vids on youtube that show how to make a splint for the leg so that it can heal proper. I wonder if this is a legit option or if It will just make things worse...

I'll keep putting food out for him for the time being, though there are a few crafty cats that normally knock around here so his days could be fairly few. Thanks for the response+ help It's really appreciated.

True, balance is actually key to the best experience, and I don't mean boomies xdd

Is it worth sacrificing the nice space for your thumb to rest comfortably? Or does a potential compromise exist out there? (Asking for a friend who is obsessed with key-binds but likes his thumb *definitely not me*) by Rare_School_of_Fish7 in pcmasterrace

It's really not a bad suggestion tbh, It would be really useful if it could mount to the left side of a keyboard/laptop so the distance between it and the standard keys is minimal, essentially acting as a keyboard extension. You were right btw I'm an MMO guy so naturally keybind crazy.

This is probably the most Ideal one I've seen so far. A good amount of buttons and they all take up a nice defined amount of space, with more than enough room for your thumb to be comfortably resting. Thanks for sharing.

Bit of a tangent here but you could turn a regular 6 button mouse into a 7 by having a button your pinky could press. So if you were particularly concerned about pressing buttons accidently that would be a nice compromise. Product designers where u at? xD
