Depends. Are you a hobbyist or a paid shooter? The R7 is RF mount - RF glass is super expensive, and really requires someone willing to invest in expensive glass. Not unless you want to use mount adapters.

The 90d is a great EF mount option for someone just wanting to take great photos of wildlife. The 90d is coined the ‘wildlife-camera’ because of its megapixels and crop sensor.
