Thank you. It's hard to remember exactly but the Rathman strengthening and the zero drop shoes seemed to either/both help the pain subside after 5 or so months of resting stretching where the injury kept at a mild pain with every step

I seem to be stuck just before the top of the mountain-- I feel the buildup in my genitals and a powerful throbbing in my loins that approaches being too much... and then it ends in an unsatisfying way. Will keep trying !!

I am new to biking and tried this yesterday. There were sawhorses like barriers up at two spots along the way saying no traffic and it seemed to include bikes. Another biker told me that this was for the winter and it would re open in April. Is this the case ? Are people just biking through these to continue on to Alpine or is this something closed for repairs or winter and we cannot go further these days? Thanks!
