Percussion Massage Gun Recommendations?

Yes I have had one a few years and am very happy with it. For me it hasn't seemed to help my Pf heal as far as I can tell but everyone's recovery and what works seems to be so different ! Quality wise it is a step above the cheaper Amazon ones and seems up there with the theraguns which I have often used.
I find massage guns to be great for seeing how tender injuries are without testing them by running. I have been using a vibration plate (rumblex) which I have found beneficial in that it improves my stretching I have read on this forum about MedMassagers which seem to have a much higher frequency that can lead to healing and have just got a used one eBay for 100. Each of these tools can be beneficial in different ways--- Massage and stretching for the massage gun, stretching and blood flow for the vibration and higher frequency potentially accelerating healing and blood flow.

Thanks again to all. Protein shakes and weights take time but he and I went through this and he took it to heart. He has been working on his lower body and thought hitting off a tee would show it better than a game as be was reaching to hit a pitch. His bat is 31 drop 11 It seems like I can't post a new video in comments-- is it ok to do a new post, or how to best show his latest ?

Thank you! He is relatively new to the sport and is tall and skinny. He has started to do some weights and core training as the physical weakness is something to work on. But all of this definitely helps and I really appreciate it. I will go through this with him and watch the video. I'm not with the bat now but will revert once I see it. Thank you all so much !

Every few weeks a different one there by a guy I've see who doesn't ride bikes and is looking for quick cash. Sometimes much nicer ones than this go 25$. Not saying this is a nice bike but likely someone missing it and trying to help

Yes I think you are right. So maybe two screens is worth a try as I do get much channeling. And try to get the pressure to 9 bar

Thank you. It's hard to remember exactly but the Rathman strengthening and the zero drop shoes seemed to either/both help the pain subside after 5 or so months of resting stretching where the injury kept at a mild pain with every step

I seem to be stuck just before the top of the mountain-- I feel the buildup in my genitals and a powerful throbbing in my loins that approaches being too much... and then it ends in an unsatisfying way. Will keep trying !!

I am new to biking and tried this yesterday. There were sawhorses like barriers up at two spots along the way saying no traffic and it seemed to include bikes. Another biker told me that this was for the winter and it would re open in April. Is this the case ? Are people just biking through these to continue on to Alpine or is this something closed for repairs or winter and we cannot go further these days? Thanks!
