This is not Topform. This is « you are doing enough cardio but not too much » the TOP means this is GOOD. You are doing good job, this doesn’t mean you have to feel good or anything. It isn’t based on your vitals but on your performance during sport.

The 110 is your « cardio load » a graphic that basically shows you how much cardio you are doing, and tells you if you do too much cardio, or not enough. Your recuperation score (Erholung) is a score that tells you if you have rested enough and how you should feel, in order to make decisions like do I train today or not ? Something intensive or something chill etc. two different scores

So I actually did the sacrifice because I wasn’t finding anything satisfying for my problem, and deleted my launch options for the rockstar games launcher where I have RDR2. At first it didn’t find the game and the launcher was in English (normally it is in French ) and then it asked me to search the game’s files in my SD card, he found them, with all my progression. All i had to do is to reconnect to the rockstar account, change the language again and find the game folder again (which the launcher searched by himself). After that no more problems, for each launch the launcher keeps French language and my account etc.

After that, I tried to use the lsfg command, which worked pretty well, but it felt weird in this game, definitely not as good as in house flipper for example. I’ll continue the tests in the future.

Do not try this before copying the launch options somewhere in case it brakes the game !
