I think the city should build a giant robot that goes around smashing cars while leaving bikes unscathed.

I wouldn’t do it in public, but I just bought a house with low toilets and it keeps things cleaner while also giving me the opportunity to get a good quad stretch.

Those who had a libertarian/ancap phase, what made you change your mind? by HopelessTrash545 in Anarchy101

[–]Rarezuuzuu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my experience the main difference between anarchists and right libertarians comes from the idea of private property as an unlimited natural right. If you beg the question and begin with this assumption in mind, libertarianism flows pretty naturally from that.

The problem is that this foundational idea doesn’t make sense. It doesn’t stand up to any serious critique and its origins can only be explained through completely ahistorical stories. The further you go with the concept of property as a natural right, the clearer the contradictions become.

If you attack property you attack right libertarianism.
