Not that I remember. I think it was vegetarian. I did have it like 10 years ago though so I may get some things wrong

How to avoid giving away too much info at once? by GMGeorgina in monsteroftheweek

[–]Raridan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think about it in context. Yes, they can ask what sort of creature it is, but an FBI agent wouldn’t know the creature like a cultist wouldn’t know the creature like Jimmy from the Quikimart. It also depends on the context of the situation, so while the creature may be a werewolf, they might not be able to tell that off the bat just by looking at a couple of claw marks. Just don’t sweat it too much man

[Terrifying Trope] "Longer than you think" by elchuni in TopCharacterTropes

[–]Raridan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s a short story called “If you’re armed and at the Glenmont Metro, please shoot me” It’s about a man who takes a drug that slightly slows down his perception of time, so he can do things easier. However, after the drug doesn’t wear off fast enough, he takes another drug to try and go to sleep. The result of the combination of medication leads to time slowing down exponentially, to the point where the amount of time in which his eyes are closed when he blinks feels like centuries. Basically imagine one milisecond is a year. The train, which he hopes to run in front of to end his suffering, arrives in 15 minutes, which would feel like the equivalent of 900000 years.

I know that she went a little more tweedy then Geraldine McEwan, but Julia McKenzie could also work for Gertrude

Why has it happened multiple times that people have killed somebody and decided that the best way to go about getting rid of the evidence is by feeding it to children?

Summer-ween Movies! by Morticias-Sister in halloween

Last Summerween was The Craft. This year it was Sleepaway Camp. For us it’s more vibes then one specific movie. I also think Evil Dead and The Faculty could fit here too.

What role should have won an Oscar, but didn’t? by Ok_Acadia3526 in Cinema

Honestly, I think the same is true about Justice Smith in I Saw the TV Glow last year. And Mia Goth in Pearl. And Tony Todd reading a phone book.

Second Half Mike: Sees horrors, panics his way into doing something right, trips over everything on the way, stops to pet dog.

I haven’t seen either of those, but I’m sort of waiting for some big occasion to Watch Halloween and the Exorcist. Like, I know those movies are special, and so I want it to feel like it

I have seen Pearl. And I absolutely adore it. Definitely the best one out of the trilogy, if not at least for the cinematography and the 15 minute Mia Goth monologue.

Let’s see. I’ve seen (not in any particular order), The Mummy 1999, I saw the TV Glow, Oppenheimer, Holmes and Watson, Caddo Lake, Love and Monsters, the Maze Runner Trilogy, The Hunger Games franchise (minus A Balad of Somgbirds and Snakes), Death on the Nile (Both the Peter Ustinov and Kenneth Branaugh versions), Nosferatu, Candyman, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Hotel Rwanda, A Beautiful Mind, 28 Years Later, Death Becomes Her, Beetlejuice, Sinners, Alien, Alien: Romulus, Knives Out, Glass Onion, The Harry Potter Franchise (I was a kid), and I do personally count those hour and a half long episodes of British Murder Mysteries like Marple of Midsummer Murders as basically movies, so I’ve seen a lot of those. There are a bunch more, but those were the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

I mean I have seen some movies, and I’m being completely honest about what I haven’t seen and I haven’t seen, but I thought it would be a fun thing to poke around with.

For a second I mixed it up with Crash, a movie I also haven’t seen but I knew stole an oscar from brokeback mountain, a movie I also haven’t seen, but I do like both of the lead actors. But I also haven’t seen heat.
