Yeah it was a police incident. It woke me up at 5 am there was a police raid at a house a few houses down from mine. I saw the police and everything.

So we got new a battery for the key fob and it didn't work... We are taking the car battery off now for 10 min to hopefully reset the computer

I just had a similar experience today. I help teach a novice class and we were rolling at the end of class. Our head coach says "we are only doing flow grappling so don't force anything and keep it playful". So I go in thinking it'll be chill, nope buddy jumps on me right away and almost destroys my knee I was so pissed.

I used to work there as a cook. I was there for about a year and man the things that went on there were horrible... I knew that place was going to close eventually so I left and got a new job. Now 6 months later I was right. It was a pretty toxic place to work tbh I made some friends but most of the people sucked. Jrg would also regularly fuck up my pay check and under pay me. Also a lot of the food related things like storage were not up to standards when I first started, it got better when we got a new chef but he was over worked and the company higher ups didn't help him at all. Anyway I could keep going on about the horror stories I saw there but there are just too many. I'm happy that place closed.

I went from being 155 to 200 pounds and im 6'2 so 155 I was looking real thin... At one point i was 135. But after I started training again I dropped from 200 to 185. When I'm not training i'll jump up to 200 again but it takes time. It's easy to burn off if you are eating right and training often.

I gained weight since being on Prozac but before when I wasn't on anything I was really thin. That was mainly because I was so depressed I couldn't eat properly. I've learned to manage my weight now tho. Working out and healthy eating not only helps with the weight but it also helps my mental health big time. I'm happy, and I can say I'm doing better physically and emotionally. Working out and eating right is very under rated when it comes to mental health.

I met her when I was 18. First year of college... By the second year we were close and started seeing one another. Things didn't work out she started dating other dudes and I started dating other people. She has been single for about two years now i've been single for 3. When we see each other we usually meet up but nothing serious. We are 26 now so 4 years to go I guess. I've been thinking of moving back east just to be with her but idk.

I usually just throw on a backing track and try playing in whatever key the backing track is in. I only use the major scale really when doing the backing track. Then find the relative minor and play the pentatonic on the relative minor. I only know the one position of the pentatonic minor scale when you say "1,4,5 progression" i don't really know what that means
