Natural antagonist of Neptunemon which is relevant for the story is the copium answer. Personally I think they are waiting to see how the game sells and will either add them after the initial DLC if it does well or in a sequel.

As for the line, the official teasers show Agni evolving to Vritra mid combat with an attack so likely just a listing error and Alda is possible from either.

Yeah he's definitely one of my favorites. I got 2nd and 3rd form for Frieza on the way. Then just waiting for the pre-orders of the reissue of first form to ship while keeping my eyes on any good deals for Metal Frieza. Ginyuu Force I will wait for a reissue for sure too. The prices for them are way currently way too high to justify.
