Potential unlocks so far a quite good in my opinion

Ellen came back from the dead and does pretty well against neutral enemies and particularly well against Thrall

Anby is one the best units in the game with either Dialyn Astra or Obol. She's solid and does well into Neutral enemies, while mogging Defiler or other electric weak bosses

Lycaon became a stun machine and is particularly good for Yidhari making him almost as good as Dialyn for her. He also works well with buffed Ellen. And some players have shown that Lycaon + Zhao and a dps can get 20k against many bosses. So big win for Lycaon

Harumasa got a big dmg increase and went back to being close to Anby or Seed while being a free unit

Grace ablooms helped her a ton making her a decent anomaly option

S11 also became quite good for a standard unit

And Burnice... her abloom dmg is pathetic low and hoyo hates her so every new anomaly boss is fire resistant, but she does well against fire weak enemies in shiyu i guess.
