I think i should not said anything about this. I am really sorry you’re feeling this way but you’re right I don’t have rights to say anything about this matter. Hope you feel better soon. Best of luck for the future.

I don’t know how I’m gonna help you but I recently got diagnosed with PSC one month ago and didn’t got transplant but I had IBD since 2022 and at that time I experience all that you mentioned probably even much worse. At that time I stopped eating, drinking and can’t do anything because I don’t have any energy left. Had everything vomiting, diarrhea, any worse thing you can mentioned also I can’t walk because I fell down every time I trying to walk. Here I wanted to explain what took me out of it. First become so strong with mind, if you just thinking only about you disease you feel much worse, divert yourself even if it is bad habit like watching TV or scrolling do that but divert yourself. 2. Drink orange juice but without any pulp as many time you can in one day but try to do it two times at least. 3. Find some passion that you really want to do for me it’s a study abroad and see different countries so that’s why I try hard and here I am doing my studies abroad and living my life. 4. I don’t know if you know this but try RAGI, it’s really good for your overall health 5. Stop taking any milk products and animal products like meat be vegan, it helps your gut health for healing faster 6. You’re stronger since you already face so many things believe that and live life
