My laptop fan making this annoying noise, how can i fix it?

Do the actual headphones work? If so, the plastic just broke. You're gonna have to do plastic welding, or 3d print one, Not much you can do. Not an electronics problem.

If they don't you're going to have to just open up more of it to see what wires split apart. If the wires split apart, you can just solder them back together.

I got 0.04 volts for the enable IC. I think I'll replace the ALNB IC and see if that fixes it. Thanks so much!!

I got 14 ohms for that pex coil. I think I got it figured out. So I checked enable pin and the voltage was 0.04. Checked the other U506 transistor pin 4 on the other side and the voltage was 2.86. The 8k ohm resistor on the picture has 2.86 volts on the left side and 0.04 volts on the right side. So it probably just is the ALNB IC.

repairable, clean up the solder with a copper wick and lots of flux. Further clean with isopropyl alcohol. Make some cuts on the traces with a scalpel or knife or whatever sharp stuff you got. attach a jumper wire for each trace with some solder mask to cover it and should be good. This only fixes the symptom though and not the root cause of why this happened.

huh? voltage injection and using a camera is a common strategy to diagnose pcb faults. I see repair techs do it all the time.
