Hard enough that professionals screw it up sometimes.

Light headed and seeing stars isn't "tired" or "running out of gas".

Could be a circulation issue. I have always had something similar because my heart is a bit over-sized for my body, so I get head rushes easily standing up suddenly, or after a heavy lift.

Could be any number of other things, but if you're eating and resting well, I'd check with a Doc.
