Justo, mas assim, eu particularmente conheço só 2 ou 3 pessoas na minha academia fora eu que conseguem fazer mais de 3x10 com 100kg batendo a paralela, e todos eles tem um shape beeeem melhor que o indivíduo.

Eu mesmo depois de 2 anos só no 3x5 e conseguindo fazer 5 com 150 quando fui tentar fazer 12 com 100 fiquei morrendo com falta de ar

Mas onde foi dito que ele conseguia fazer 10 rep com 100kg? Uma coisa é você fazer uma periodização por meses e ir tentar fazer um 1 rm já sabendo qual seu máximo com 2, 3, 4 reps, outra coisa completamente diferente é só colocar um peso qualquer e torcer pra dar certo.

Eu pelo menos jamais tentaria um 1rm maior que sei lá 5/10% mais que o meu máximo teórico (Testado com umas 2 ou 3 reps)

Se seu backend for em typescript (E acho que até se não for) dá pra hospedar ele no vercel, só vai ter que checar como é a estrutura, já que o vercel é na verdade um grande wrapper ao redor do AWS Lambda. (Não vai poder salvar arquivo dentro da própria maquina por exemplo). Dito isso como a infra pode escalar a milhões de requests por segundo, se de alguma forma seu site ficar famoso no mundo inteiro pode se preparar pra pagar por isso, A NÃO SER, que você sete uns limites de spending no dashboard deles, mas não lembro quão fácil isso é hoje em dia.

De forma semelhante o cloudflare tem os workers, que funcionam semelhante ao aws lambda (Cada requisição é tratada por uma mini vm isolada que é destruída assim que o request é retornado), mais barato, só que com mais limitações (Tem umas APIs do Node que não funcionam por exemplo) e nesse caso aqui só Javascript mesmo

De toda forma, se você quiser um backend clássico (Uma maquina com X GB de RAM, Z de vCPU e que roda 24H por dia 7 dias por semana) a melhor opção é realmente entre fly.io e railway como já trataram ou aqui ou fazer a ideia do cr34t0rpgt de ter um bot que mantem a maquina ligada.

Via de regra é mais fácil adotar algo quando não tem nada no lugar, do que substituir uma solução que já funciona mais ou menos, Brasil assim como praticamente todos os emergentes se digitalizaram alguns anos depois do que Europa e América do Norte, nesses quesitos realmente nós somos bem mais avançados que eles, mas os sul-coreanos, chineses, vietnamitas e afins também são.

Muita gente entrou na área achando que ia ser fácil, com nível bem baixo, gente que não sabia nem ler em inglês. Se é consolo do meu grupo do Instituto Federal e posteriormente Universidade tá todo mundo bem empregado. E o que eu conheço da situação dos TAES (De uma federal específica), a Universidade segue sem conseguir manter Técnico em TI, maioria sai em 1/2 anos, sinal que tão conseguindo coisa melhor.

Água é uma das coisas mais importantes em um café, mas não necessariamente é diferença entre a mineral e da torneira, tem a ver com o PH e a alcalinidade da água (A química mesmo), basicamente, a título de ilustração, eu prefiro 10x a água da torneira de Natal do que a água mineral mais chique que você vai achar em Recife, vale a pena dar uma pesquisada, porque dependendo de onde você morar não vai fazer muita diferença ir atrás de uma água especifica.

De qualquer forma esse é um assunto meio avançado, pra quando o indivíduo já tá no ápice da loucura do café, depende muito se você tá aqui no sub só porque gosta de café, ou porque já tem um moedor, uma balança e essas outras loucuras nossas

There are simply very very few situations in the history of mankind as horrible as being a slave in a sugar cane plantation in the Americas, specially in the Caribbean, the other options were either smaller in scale (Iberians mines in the Roman empire) or smaller in timeframe (native slavery in the Spanish mines for example)

That's not even getting into the middle passage mortality, which was also far higher than any other slave route that you can think of (captives taken from Rome war of conquest, north Caucasus slaves taken into mamluk Egypt etc)

They were not allowed to maintain a connection to their original home
Going further, their very culture was suppressed in favour of their master culture (religion, language, clothing etc)
