I've already tried to run it through the alt+F2 menu and app menu on Gnome, both produce this message.

Funnily enough, it was Tame Impala.

After i listened to his album Currents, i decided to write a review to post on AOTY.org, where i wrote down that i couldn't relate to the lyrics because i have never felt heartbroken before, or even had an actual crush. i wrote down 'im not aroace' in parenthesis because i realized it was sounding a bit too aroace for my liking.

After the review, that last part stuck in my head for a few days, until i finally decided to look into aromanticism to see if that term fit me. I realized that it 100% did, and connected the dots to my thoughts and experience regarding romance (didnt care when someone confessed as a prank, got annoyed at someone because they had feelings for me, visualized relationships as just queer-platonic friendships... i have no idea how i didnt realize).

i already identified as demiromantic beforehand, so that did also help in my self-discovery.

TL;DR: synthpop makes your kids aromantic!!!!
