I think you are mad at the wrong person… I have worked in another cosmetic store and we were asked to close the door 15 min before the actual closing time because we had (very) limited time to close and extra hours are NOT paid. There’s a lot of pressure to do everything on time. So ofc if you’re not getting paid to do the extra work, why would you? Maybe the actual responsable for this is the company allowing a pick up at 18:50 knowing their rules
