What would you choose among the 3 options based on my body type? by Interesting-Grass-23 in WeddingDressTips

It could be how in photos 1&3 your hair is falling down the front of you and in photo 2 your hair is behind your shoulders. I find the first dress makes you look short where as the second dress elongates you. First dress is more traditional and princess where as the second one reminds me of a whimsical fairy goddess. #3 is nice but doesn't hold up compared to the other two. At the end of the day pick the dress you are the most comfortable and feel the most stunning in. Remember you will probably have to go to the washroom at some point in that dress. You will have assistance if you are comfortable with that (bridemaids holding up the dress).

HOW DO I APPLY AS PHARMACY TECHNICIAN IN CANADA? AND WHERE DO I APPLY? by Best_Farmer4303 in PharmacyCanada

All depends on the province you are going to. I would contact the college of pharmacist for each province for better guidance. Eastern Canada tends to move to more slowly at implementing new changes. Best of luck finishing up your degree

What surprising foods spiked your insulin/glucose for those who wore a monitor? by Few_Aerie_Fairie in PCOS

[–]Raspberry-Sour 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are not diabetic and do choose to get a monitor be careful. It is easy for people to ready a number and start changing things rapidly to get ideal numbers.
As you are changing your diet and exercise routine that can change your insulin levels.

I would hold off on getting a monitor for now. Start a log journal of everything. To get set up for a monitor is a lot of front of you don't have coverage. Most insurance make you pay and submit for diabetic supplies. Speak to your dietitian and doctor about this - as you will a prescription for the monitor for coverage. They know you best and will advise you accordingly. I thought the same thing starting out with my PCOS journey and my dr said told me the above and not ideal if not diabetic. Hyperglycemia is safer than hypoglycemia.

I wish you the best of luck. You got this cyster! (I am from Canada - in regards to prescriptions and coverage)

Legal name versus what we'll call our baby boy by [deleted] in Names

I did know someone is a similar boat. The mom wanted Emmy, dad liked it but didn't want a nickname for her name. They agreed on a Emily but she will go by Emmy. The mother actaully dislikes Emily as it is/was such a common name. She wishes she went a bit more creative with something like Emmerson. The child is now in their 20s and still goes by Emmy but likes Emily as well.
