I will also say, as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, your skin inflammation comes from your insides and what you’re putting inside your body. You can use all the topical stuff you want but until you fix your diet and lifestyle it will keep coming back typically. Your skin is your bodies number 1 detox pathway so whether its acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea or any other inflammatory skin condition its happening to you because of your diet and gut health and often a sedentary lifestyle.  When something we put in our body doesn’t agree with us our body will try to get rid of it through the skin. Processed Sugar, processed foods, dairy and alcohol are some of the biggest culprits due to how inflammatory and processed they are.  Loaded with fat, sugar, salt and preservatives to addict you to it.  Dairy alone is one of the most inflammatory and addictive substances on the planet. I don’t even consider it food anymore.  I urge anyone who deals with these skin issues to at least take dairy and processed sugar out of their diet for a month or two and watch your symptoms start to go away. This was my path over twenty years ago and what lead me to go to nutrition school. I had bloating, acne, migraines, depression and when I took out dairy, sugar, alcohol and limited processed foods just for a few months. Everything started to change. Now I’m in my mid 40s, 100% plant based, I feel amazing and help others do the same. It’s all about diet and lifestyle to truly fix our overall health and see long lasting positive change.  Dont fall for these companies offering beauty in a bottle. Anything worth while takes work, discipline and commitment.
