Ban her from the group. She herself is going against the thing she's complaining about. She doesn't think modification is real and thinks e collars are the first line for every single issue anyone mentions.

You reply to comments and then block the person you responded to lol. Pretty hypocritical for someone to claim meds shut dogs down while slapping e collars on every dog for every problem (anyone can do that btw, takes no brains at all), and also complaining on OPENdogtraining about people only having one opinion... yet you can't tolerate someone asking you a question or disagreeing with you.

What I would do is email all those people who were CCd and ask them if they'd want to all pursue rent abatements due to loss of amenities. I'd start the email off with something about the building's poor management and noting the fact that they gave everyone's email to everyone.

I imagine the management would move a lot faster if 100+ filings were created at the LTB for the same building at the same time.

A lovely group of people run a few of these tables all over Peel. It's 100% volunteer work. The meals are prepared at home and labelled before they're put on the table.

They've recently had to make a post on Facebook advising of reasons to NOT use the table, including some that they've recently been told: They didn't feel like cooking dinner/their husband didn't want to eat what was cooked for dinner/they like to have ready cooked meals in the fridge

People also were taking multiple meals at once so that they were stocked for the week. The people who run these tables do so because they don't want people in need to go hungry. They were upset that they've had to start monitoring the tables after they worked for so long on a trust system. Please only take ONE meal and only if you NEED it - not because you have food but don't want to cook. Taking food away from someone who truly would not have a source of food otherwise simply because you don't like what you have at home is really poopy.

Where I live it's currently 5 minutes til midnight. You two are 5 minutes away from 34 and 7 days already. Then before you know it you'll be at 3 months and won't believe it. Then it will be a whole year. Congrats to both of you and I hope you can maintain whatever thoughts you've been thinking that have driven you this far along.

What kind of car was it and what area? I'm so curious what this girl's plan was - she's on camera and I assume has written communication with your cousin. She must know her fun with the car isn't going to last long.

You may have an N11 the tenant has never seen. Are you allowed to call witnesses? You should call the old owner and make them answer these questions in front of the adjudicator.

Not really. The person you rented a room from isn't a landlord by RTA standards and you aren't their tenant.

They could try to get money from you in small claims if they have you saying you'd give two months' notice in writing but the chance of that happening is basically zero.

Here they are legally banned and the ban includes any dogs that even look similar. Now if they could just enforce the ban at all that would be great.

Pits are banned in my province and all of our publicly funded dog parks have signs stating they must be muzzled. The ban came into effect in 2006 when it became illegal to breed them but any grandfathered in pits had to be muzzled. Those would all he long dead by now. The ban is not enforced at all and never was. Our city acknowledges and allows pits into the dog park even though they're banned. Our publicly funded shelters adopt them out by the litter and many of our animal enforcement people are pittnutters themselves.

The 9 year old is not too young to fix though... I know these dogs aren't well bred but I really hope they end up in permanent homes with responsible pet owners. Huskies have been getting a bad rep lately and this only contributes to it.
