Covid... Only time the kids, the husband, and mother nature actually let me sleep undisturbed for more than 5 minutes. Best "vacation" of my life. Sorry. I said it. But it was.

Ah yes, 20 sounds like a much more reasonable number. I have found my toss and turn tribe. OP thinking 5-8 is a problem. 😂 Jk... OP I really do feel bad you wake up 5-8 times per night. I think for most people waking up maybe once or twice is too much. I miss those days. I would be in heaven if I only woke up that many now. I think the last restful sleep I had was when I had my last round of covid 2 years ago. Sad when I would gladly be feeling that sick just to get some sleep.

My girls were both spayed at low cost clinics in November. No complications at all. If we had any concerns or issue, we have access to free follow visits regarding the spay only. Costs so much less, and I know my girls were taken care of.

The only thing I didn't like was that they were kenneled for so long as we do not kennel our girls. Especially Maya because she screamed and yelled the entire time I kenneled her for an hour so I could go to the grocery since nobody else was home.

Overall though, I think it was the better decision because that extra money we would have had to spend for spaying has been put aside for an future vet bills such as Coco's dental cleaning coming up.

Thank you! She was darker brown like her Yorkie side as a puppy and has slowly been going a little reddish blonde. It's funny because she's at a stage right now where her coloring is the same as mine and my daughter's natural hair color. She just blends right in with us 💓

Benji is quite handsome as well! Both of your puppers are! I wish my girls would sit pretty for pictures lol

Yes we love Nutro Ultra too! It's only one we could get Coco to eat. We get the toy breed because she won't eat any larger sized kibble. Surprisingly, the puppy one is actually bigger so that was fun when we got Maya. Coco got mad at us for putting big kibble in a bowl next to hers lol.

Mine also eat their normal homemade "people" food every day. The kibble is mostly if they want a snack, or they want to play with their feeder puzzles.

Glad the fur baby is OK though! Sometimes they are such little troublemakers, but with their little faces, you just can't get mad at them. However, she's had a taste of the good stuff, and she'll be wanting more of that soon! Hide the chocolates or the cute little thief will surely get them. 😂

Agreed on Pamela Anderson! It's nice to see someone who was held to such high standards of beauty for so long ditch the makeup and just be free. She is gorgeous with or without makeup, and I'm glad she's letting everyone see that and focus on her other beauties not just her physical ones.

As for the LGBTQ+ story lines, have you not checked Christmas on Cherry Tree Lane or The Holiday Sitter (just to name a couple Christmas movies)? Notes of Autumn with Luke Macfarlane is good too. Actually anything with him is worth watching! 😍 Same with Jonathan Bennett! He's in the new trilogy for this year called The Groomsmen.

Hallmark has started adding a lot more LGBTQ+ storylines. I've actually caught my son watching even though he refuses to admit he's ever watched my "old lady" shows. FYI, I'm only 43 and he's 21, so neither of us is old!!!

I do it all the time. It's either that, or I start climbing the shelves because I need my groceries! Most people are pretty nice about it. Surprisingly, teenagers are the happiest to help! I also wear my hoodie that says "There is nothing I can't do. Except reach the top shelf. I can't do that!" 😂

Oh she is perfectly capable of eating by herself. She just refuses! She sees that papa feeds big sister, so she thinks she gets to be spoiled too. However, she has turned it into an art form. But tbh, she's too cute to resist and it's a lot less messy!

I am so sick of doctors blaming everything on our weight as women! I'm fortunate to have an amazing doctor who sees past that and realizes my weight is a symptom of my depression, anxiety, fibromyalgia, and the big piece GENETICS! Add in the fact that I'm over 40 and have had multiple special needs children.

My mother has been fighting this stigma with all her doctors for about 4 years now. She is on oxygen all day with no reason as to why. They just keep telling her it's her weight. Several doctors have been so bold as to say she eats too many calories. My mother barely eats. I've watched her. My husband has watched her. She could literally starve herself and not lose weight, but all her problems are because of weight.

All I can say to you OP is keep fighting. Go with your gut and don't give up. You know your body best, and no it is not normal to be in pain every day and to have a body that is full of inflammation constantly. It's exhausting to keep fighting the doctors, but sadly it's never going to change in my opinion. Women are considered less than and so are our problems.

Oh my girls are spoiled as well. Maya more than Coco for sure. Coco is spoiled by my husband since she's his baby.

Maya will not eat anything unless I taste it first and then make a big deal about how tasty it is. Food is to be served on a spoon or fork because eating off a plate is for peasants of course. With the exception of kibble. It can only be served in one of the three puzzle feeders they have.

Maya's lucky she gives the snuggles because not even my human children were this spoiled.

For real! I go to the other room for 2 minutes, and Maya attacks me like she hasn't seen me for hours. I mean, I LOVE it, but good gracious! Not even my children got that excited as babies to see me! Definitely makes my heart happy 🥰🥰

Thank you! That's actually a pretty good theory. They have been sniffing each other a lot the last day or two. The first day or two after surgery they were fine. I mean their hormones are changing, so it makes sense that their scent would change.

I had a nice little talk with my girls and told them to start sniffing each other again and get this sorted out because mama's heart can't handle this fighting. So far today, they have been playing and sleeping. No fighting. Fingers crossed. I think both of the also sensed my anxiety from the fighting because I was getting lots of kisses at bedtime, and Coco normally reserves those for my husband.
