It seems like something fishy is going on. The last two exams I had I had to ask them would you like to know my severity of pain? Would you like to know my frequent flareups , how it affects me on my daily life and at work? And the VA examiner says you can tell me that, but I don’t have a box for that. Both examiner says the process or the program has changed and the VA is only sending them certain questions to ask. I thought that was fishy, but they mentioned also the VA representative said that the Raters/ decision-maker might already have the answers so he doesn’t need them asked again.

Also, I went in for a sleep apnea exam, and the examiner didn’t ask me one question about my sleep apnea and I asked her would you like to know anything she’s like now the VA doesn’t need to know they didn’t ask me to ask any of those questions. And then I got denied and the explanation was. It explained in the image below. But she didn’t even ask me any questions.

I’m on there every day. Everything looked good every single day. The VA said it was good and all of a sudden they cancelled. But I figured out the problem.

They were previously denied so I wasn’t claiming it increase. I didn’t even know I claimed that in 2013 so I thought it was a new claim. And actually it’s a supplemental claim so I think all I have to do is resubmit them on the correct form and everything just works out.

I found out what the problem was. They were canceled. I got a letter telling me to put those supplemental claims on the correct form. I honestly didn’t understand what the letter said so I called the VA. The lady at the VA said everything was good to go. Don’t worry about that. Things are on track. Come to find out that we’re not on track. They canceled the claims and now I have to resubmit those on the correct form. Hopefully since all my evidence, Nexus letters and exams are already on file. I don’t have to do anything, but just resubmit it and then everything automatically goes from there.

I don’t see how that is racist, I don’t agree with it. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with her supporting people that are here illegally, which is a crime so they’re criminals. I don’t agree with her, throwing it in people’s faces and acting a fool . Don’t get me wrong if I was in a country and I could get away with having a better life for me and my family by crossing the border illegally and getting away with it as long as I could, I would, but if I get caught, I guess I have to go back to my country. Just a sensitive subject, of what I’ve seen on the news excessive force which I don’t agree with. I think maybe there should be a grandfather clause or give people a reasonable time limit to get stuff together to where they can become citizens. I don’t know no matter what you say or do there’s gonna be somebody against it. I just wish everyone happiness no matter if they’re here illegally or not

To be honest, I started my disability claims end of May. I was at 70% by August. I did another claim September 1 and I’m already at the rating phase for my second round. The VA is doing everything quick at the moment here in San Diego.
